Comments and Suggestions
As a school which is continually striving for improvement, we welcome feedback from parents, carers and pupils. If you wish to provide a comment about our school you may do this by writing, emailing, telephoning or making an appointment to see a member of staff.
Registering a Complaint
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your child’s education but if you should have a complaint about the school, please let us know and we will aim to deal with the issue as quickly and as confidentially as possible.
If you wish to register a complaint:
- Please make any complaints initially to the Head Teacher via admin who will aim to respond and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you do not feel satisfied with our response then you will have the right to take the matter further and contact Advice and Complaints Service (Education) [ 0131 469 3233]
