Very well done to our P7 team who came First in the Edinburgh Primary Schools Sports Association (EPSSA) Basketball heats played at the Crags Community Sports Centre on Monday 22nd January 2018 so went on to represent Sciennes in the EPSSA Hope Trust Basketball Final, also held at the Crags, on Monday 19th March 2018. Some of the pupils take part in the Active Schools Basketball Club and some are involved with Blaze at the Crags, but as a group they have not played together outwith the EPSSA games, so it was a great achievement to reach the Final. Congratulations to Broughton Primary School who won the tournament and thank you very much to Mrs Beth Walker, our PE Specialist, for organising the events.
