ABC Music and Charanga online subscriptions support Music at Sciennes. This year P2 Class Teacher Miss Kathryn Dougal and P6 Class Teacher Miss Aisling Rogerson introduced a lunchtime Glee Club and pupils are participating in a competition in April. Pupil Support Assistant Mrs Linda Carson leads a Vocal A Capella group, which this year performed at City Chambers. P1 Class Teacher, Mrs Samanda Campbell, organises an annual Music Showcase at Marchmont St Giles and leads the school orchestra. Sciennes is the only primary school in Edinburgh with its own orchestra.
